This is my first blog! Over the years I have learned so much about the Torah and the place that ithas in both the life of scripture and in the faith of Christians. That I thought that it might be a good thing to have a blog where I could share some of the things that I have been learning and give people a chacne to see what I have seen.
Recently I have been doing a great Bible Study and in the Study it pointed out that Jesus is referred to as a branch. This alludes to the passage in Isaiah where the Messiah is called a branch rising from the stump of Jesse. Through this study I learned that followers of Jesus are (even to this day) called “Notzrim” or branches. The thing that branches do the best is ‘reach out’…BAMMM…you have a blog title.
Through the course of these posts I hope to share with you all not only things that I am learning, but also some things about the family. As I learn to do more with this blog I will expand my posts. Most of these will be learn as you go.
